Hey guys, Recently have been trying to tune in my gimbal for my GH3 and I'm having trouble finding a sweet spot on the Yaw axis. Roll and Tilt I've got pretty smooth but can't seem to figure out the yaw axis. The Alexmos guide/setup pdf doesn't share much on the Yaw axis so I'm looking for help here. Do I have to have the gimbal mounted to the copter? Curious if I should suspend the copter and then pick up and test on each setting change, so far I have been doing by hand without copter attached. Also need to know what ball park my PID settings should be since yaw have a little more weight to spin than Roll or tilt. Thanks guys, Any help much appreciated! Nick
To answer your questions I think a little more info would help; Weight of camera? Tot Weight of Gimbal and camera? What gimbal? What gimbal motors? 3s or 4s lipo? Alexmos or Martinez? Two cards or ad on 3rd axis. Regards. /Janne
