Wow! There is so much going on here and we definitely want to keep you all in the loop but some days the time just gets away from us as we work to get your MōVIs out to you! You might have seen a prior update that mentioned we were hiring. It is so exciting to see the growth we are embarking on. While I wish I could introduce you to every employee, you would probably have my head as that would most definitely delay our production! That said, I did want to take a moment to introduce one of our recent hires. Denise Fitzgerald recently joined the MōVI family as the Director of Customer Service. She has a strong background in both technology and customer service, most recently joining us from Amazon.com. Denise will be building out a world class Customer Service department for us (for you really, as we wouldn't be here without you). She has already been busy behind the scenes setting up our technical support and customer service ticketing software, hiring the most knowledgeable technical support engineers, answering your emails, and reading up on the forums. She will also be helping out with newsletter and email/forum updates so please join me in welcoming her to the Freefly family. Between Denise and I, we should be able to provide you with updates via the forums about twice a week as we continue to ramp up production. We know everyone is anxious to get their MōVIs and we are just as anxious to see what ground-breaking work you create! Best, Tabb
