Hi, recently i noticed a slight vibration on the tilt. I have a cinestar 8, 2 axis gimbal and 2 radian (tilt and roll)

So when i was checking and doing balance a note when the servo rotate the tilt sweeps a little and i think thats is the problem but i dont know how to fix it

I change the gains on the radian from %140 to %90 and the same sweeps appears

i upload a video showing the problem

    Thanks
    Best

Juan check two things. There is a set screw on the tilt pulley. Make sure that it is tight. Also check the clamps on the tilt bar for tightness. My guess it the set screw.

The set screw is on the large pulley. It is how the pulley is attached to the shaft.

Your issues are not Radian related but rather mechanical. It also appears your tilt belt is loose. That is tightened by moving the tilt servo aft.

Brad is right - the set screw on the big pulley is loose. You need to rotate the big pulley to find the set screw and tighten it.
