    Hi everybody
Let me share my experience using a Galaxy Android S3 to configure the Radians as good as possible.
With the ’Vibration Monitoring’ app, the movement and the corrections of the Radians can be monitored in real-time.

See a short explanation of the attached movie:
White line measures changes in height
    Yellow line measures tilt movements
    Green line measures roll movements

    Vimeo Movie

    - During the first 20 seconds, the Radians have been turned off
    Yellow line
As copter is being moved forward and backward you see an constant sinus curve

    - At 00:20 the Radians are turned on

    - For the rest of the video the Radians are activated
    Yellow and green line
The copter is constantly moved forward and backward. The yellow and green line, in theory should stay as horizontal as possible. The goal is to have this 2 lines as flat as possible with as less spikes (gimbal vibration) as possible.

This weekend I will record a Galaxy flight and will share the results here.

    Thank you
    Martin

    Nice work, Martin.
But Jean Gabriel is correct I think-- you need to get the same amount of "mass in motion" as if you had a camera mounted to be able to get realistic data from this technique.

    Andy.

    Hi Jean

On this scenario the Hero 3 is underneath the Galaxy. :)

See a short demo movie I have created with that setup:

Yes, the sky has been enhanced using Vimeo services and yes, the video went through Premiere Pro stabilizer first.
