we are changing now to 320KV motors , with DJI Wookong.
therefor no need for a large distribution board or ESC needed.
we are running on a max amp 11000 6S.
    esc Hobbywing 40 amps.
Motor 320KV max draw 13 amps , typical 8 amps
    props 14x4,7

as you can see the distribution board is rather small.
    tech details :
    amperage : 100 continue - 160 Peak.
very larger solder pads for 2-4 awg cables.
build in space for a TRACO (voltage convertor) so you can feed your leds or other 12 volt needs.
    just for your info

no the traco gets the power from the battery.
the traco,s can take 12-30 volts anyway so it does not matter wich Batt your using.
look at my other posting on the wkm centerplate board , this is the ready product.
i am using 320KV motors now with 14x8 props , and 30 amps BLS controllers.
i just did a payload test of 4 kilo,s (without the CS 3 axle mount) it just buzzes :)
motors dont even get warm neather do the esc.s

the centre plate looks great, what about these bls controllers are they good and is 30 amps enough. do you stock them in your store. the escs are the one thing i am having problems making a decision on.

    cheers.

these are Hobbykings 40 amps more then plenty for these motors.
we ship them pre programmed , just tell me what motors.
if you use 2814 with to large props you will run into some heat issues.
basicly anyhting that uses 35 amps are subject to heat.
we found that that more amps does not automaticly means more lift power.
a good combination of knowledge will et you further.
we found that the low rpm motors do much better , therefor on 6S these work ok.
i will soon publisch my findings after some more testing.

yes they are the same as our X-100 Tiger motors 2628 equivalent.
we fly them with 5S and max prop of 12 x5
    very nice motors

Here is a link to www.powerhungrysystems.com this system is easy to install, keeps the build looking clean, reliable and has been tested at 400amps.

Or just buy them from DigiTech. Shipping isn't hard using EMS.

i dont see the need for such a system , when our max power we need is less then 100 amps on full throttle

    My 2 cents tip here:
Something that I think works really well here on the power distribution board is to cover all the soldering with liquid tape. It is really easy to apply and actually really easy to remove when needed and covers all of the solder ! you never know on landing you might pick up a small piece of metal or anything that would connect positive to negative and then oops ....It,s an excellant and very cheap way to prohibit this ever happening.

I went to check out only to find out the only method of shipping is $70 euros via UPS. Its a shame because it looks like a solid little board.

Would you be kind enough to change your user name to your real first name and last name, please? The reasons for this (and how to do do it) are explained here: http://forum.freeflysystems.com/index.php?threads/real-names.497/

Yep that shipping is really bad. Did you try to contact them to see if they can suggest alternatives? Should be able to ship EMS for about 7 EUR.

I too tried to buy it. But the shipping for the 12.50€ board from Netherlands to Finland is 46€ which is just way too much.

The board would easily fit into a padded envelope and shipping from Netherlands to Finland is (or was at least in 2012) 2.55€ for 100 grams envelope which should be sufficient.

I hope they added some alternative shipping methods so it would make sense to buy a board or two.
