Brady Brandwood began his career in film & video production as an editor?s assistant at a film production house in Charlotte, NC. There he learned the craft of film editing & post production & advanced to editor, producer, director, & cinematographer. His experience in film post production provided him a solid background in cinematography and lighting as he was able to see and understand good footage & bad footage, and he learned a great deal about scene blocking and continuity, and the flow and pace of good film making before he ever looked through the lens of a camera himself.
Since this beginning he has shot and lit many, many hours of footage in 16mm, 35mm, and video formats. He has photographed many national caliber commercials, documentaries, dramatic productions, & live television programs, & has worked with International level actors & spokespersons, with his work being seen on Showtime?s Inside NASCAR, the reality show Wife Swap, The Anna Nicole Show, The Doctors on CBS, Aaron?s Outdoors, Hard Copy, Inside Edition, NASCAR Wives, Inside Nextel Cup, NASCAR This Morning, NASCAR?s Think Fast, NASCAR Performance, the Showtime movie ?The Ride Of Their Lives?, NBC Sports, The Apprentice, the reality show Budweiser?s ?The Big Time.
His career awards include 2 Bronze Apple Awards - National Educational Film & Video Festival , Silver Award - Houston Intl. Film Festival, Award For Creative Excellence - U.S. Industrial Film & Video Festival, 2 Telly Awards, 1st Place National CAB Award.
