We wanted a black arm from flowcine to use with movipro but it will take 3-4 weeks to be ready , this from tilta is just out and ready for shipping . price is nearly the same wonder if any has info about its performance compared to black arm ? Should we wait for black arm ??
Regardless of insurance, I wouldn't mount valuable gear on an untested shock absorber. (Or support knock-off / patent fraud) -Ask if the item is insured for its FULL value when shipping. -Ask about their return policy. -Ask what import taxes you should expect. -Ask to speak with Tech Support for instructions. You may find they are light on customer service for the price. I'd rent the FlowCine while waiting for delivery if you need it sooner. Renting befofe buying is always a great way to decide on a big purchase.
