    Hi, did you Auto-Tune it?

OK. Can you please give more information about the problem? The way you describe it, it sounds normal, but maybe I'm not understanding what's wrong.

When I have the Movi balanced and tuned, I want it to 'float' the way I pan and tilt, smoothing out the movements. This is the way Majestic Mode works. There are settings in the App (Window, Smoothing, Motor Stiffness) that can affect the response of the Movi, but please offer more details about your problem.

Can you make a video and post it? That is often helpful.

video coming but so basically when I roll the the cage or pan it the axis of the camera rolls instead of floating horizontal and maintaining a horizon

Well that doesn't sound good. Please post a video. What are your Motor Stiffness values after Auto-Tuning?

Also, in the App, under the General tab, are you in Handheld Mode? If you're in Aerial, that might be the problem.
