Was loafing around watching a Behind the Scenes program of Discovery Channel's Gold Rush series. They pulled out a helium filled ballon with a canon 5d mounted on it. Unfortunately the wind was too much at maybe 3 knots and it was uncontrollable. The producers had a few shots described that they missed as the ballon floated down the road. They also had to build a two story shed to store the thing when not in use. It would have all bee cool if it worked. Of course I kept saying they should have used our Cinestar, we could have gotten that shot and plenty of others.

    Just thought I'd share.

Hi Bob, My aunt actually texted me while watching the show and said the same thing "why are these guys screwing around with a balloon when they could use the CineStar???!!!"

I had to laugh...I still think only a small section of the production world even knows what these things can do! Just have to get the word out!
