So I just received my aero landing gear in the mail today and have a question regarding it, maybe someone who already has it installed can help. The kit comes with a keyed aluminum tube and a carbon fiber tube, I know they say to use the carbon fiber tube to attach the landing gear to, so what is the point in shipping an extended keyed aluminum tube? Just trying to figure out if I actually need to use it. Thanks!

If you want to use the MōVI inverted, you must use that instead on the M5. I'm not sure why you wouldn't use it, unless Freefly are worried that a hard landing might damage the MōVI. The original keyed tube was made (deliberately, I believe) too short to mount the landing gear on.

I think a nice update in the future would be a quick release for the legs so you can quickly store the gimbal in the Pelican case and to use it in the Movi Ring...
