NEW FIRMWARE MASSIVE PROBLEM!!!

    Downloaded the new firmware and My movi won't come to Life!!!!!!!!

    Someone Please HELP!!!!!

    Won't switch on and can't connect the app!

    If you do not already have that jumper cable then contact Freefly right away. They will either send one to you, or tell you how to make one, if necessary.

    Austin, have you updated your Movi? I have not yet, have not had good luck being the first to update other software things. Waiting to see how everyone makes out.

    I've updated two rigs now to 4, no issues.

    Scott: Could you clarify what you mean when you say the MōVI "won't switch on." When you operate the switch, do you see any activity on the three LEDs on the gimbal control unit? If so, could you describe them (or even post a video?)

    Can you also describe what you saw during the update process, please? Did you see a message to the effect that that update is complete?

    Can you also verify that you unable to establish contact with the MōVI using the new version of the configurator app?

    I was in the beta group on this one. I was able to help report a few bugs but there have been no major issues. In my experience (updated in December) this build is pretty solid.
