If it was April 1st I would say green screen overlay. Kinda of like Tabbs spinning dervish video. But it isn't, you are right it only faces one direction.
I'm glad that Adam is seeing the same issues we are. Ziggy posted a lengthy reply here http://www.mikrokopter.us/the-gener...al-toilet-bowl-effect-after-firmware-upgrade/
Hi, I'm about to install the update for FC and would like to know that I have to keep in mind that all goes well, I have a CS6 with GPS and NC in a boom, a radio DX8 so could not use the takeoff and autonomous landing. I read that I have to put the same parameters with which flight now. Any additional parameter that has to change or add to avoid problems or something to change? some suggestion ?
With the Sony 760 its about 13.5 pounds and with the 7D its about 15 pounds. I only tried the new version with the Sony 760 at the lighter weight. I was thinking maybe since I'm so heavy its pulling more current thus more lipo magnetic interference but since I've only tested it with the Sony 760 that blows that theory.
Unfortunately, my Cinestar's grounded for the next 3 weeks. I'm shooting a couple of films this week, then I'm off to Spain for a holiday with my wife. So hopefully this stuff will all get sorted out before then, but either way, I can't wait to get back in the air. I'm having withdrawl symptoms!
Well Holger jumped right over the so called d version and now has an E version. http://forum.mikrokopter.de/topic-44190.html 5 GPS Parts of the old GPS routines were again activated so that the behavior in suspension is similar to the old version again. Some users felt that the behavior was slightly better at 0.90. NOTE: In older versions of the parameters GPS ACC was always by default to zero. Dieser Parameter ist jetzt wichtig für die GPS-Regelung und sollte nicht Null sein. This parameter is important now for the GPS system and should not be zero. Also aufpassen, wenn man Settings von einer 0.90 (oder älter) importiert. So be careful when you import settings from a 0.90 (or older).
I actually would try it, but I'm booked solid with filming assignments right through my departure for my holiday with my wife. We haven't been away together in years. Really looking forward!
I test your configuration today whit a 60d camera, the PH was OK but some times start to move on a different direction but not big problem AH moves to much like a 50cm go up and down no 100% level. i make my fly at 4 mts that is nice. whit 2.0 upgrade.
I need to bring this up again. I upgraded the ACC and firmware in October and have had a nasty yaw twitch ever since then. I'm waiting on parts to show up so I can't do any testing. My lipos are on booms far far away from my stack and the wires are nowhere near the stack. It all started with the ACC upgrade. After the twitch started I began changing stuff to see if I could fix it. This is when I switched to the 16" MR APC props and had a new 3-axis built. Nothing helps. Smaller props don't do it either. Definitely a firmware issue or possibly the ACC upgrade board was faulty. I'm at the point of de-soldering it and reverting to 90i or j. I have another FC board without the ACC upgrade to test, maybe I'll do that.
There is a new Beta, that fixed things for me. Apparently the 2.02 version (non-beta) should be out very soon too! They just updated the beta FC firmware (again) yesterday. http://mikrocontroller.com/files/PublicBeta/ The new BL-Ctrl 3.0 controller need it and since they are already selling them the firmware can't be too far behind. "IMPORTANT: Use FlightCtrl Firmware V2.02 (or greater), otherwise read the instructions in the wiki !"
