    Hi there,
    I am interested in the copter,
    It must:
    Be able to mount a pan-tilt-zoom camera
    30m away from my vehicle
    Be able to carry a weight of 3.3kg

    Camera must be stabilize when it is moving

    Yes it is. Take a look at the distributor list and get in contact with one that is close to where you live.

    Hi Alvin whats the go with Eternet cable? do you want live view from the heli?? Why don't you use a transmitter and receiver?

    30m of ethernet cable is nearly impossible to fly with. It weighs quite a bit, it'll create drag, and probably oscillate enough to ruin your video. You need a better solution. If you're only going up 30m with a PTZ camera, you should probably just use a crane. Or use a wireless system.

    what kind of camera are needed to capture images from a 30 foot high?

    I like option 2 better than 1.
