Thomas Your Radian is positioned pretty much the same as ours but are you sure it is clearing the legs as it rolls left ? Our AV130 does not have the pan kit so has plenty of clearance from our legs. Here's a screen dump of our settings. Check yours to see if it matches closely. We've had no roll issues as severe as yours, just a little bit now and again which I have put down to using foam tape to mount the Radian. Hope you find a solution soon andy
Andy would you be kind enough to change your user name to your real first name and last name, please? The reasons for this (and how to do do it) are explained here: http://forum.freeflysystems.com/index.php?threads/real-names.497/ Thanks
Thanks for the reply Andy. I actually used an old post of yours as an example of how I should mount it. We definitely have clearance. So when you're in the air, high enough to see a clear horizon, and you go forward at a steady rate for 8-10 seconds the horizon stays level as can be? I wonder if I have a bum Radian. BTW, if you KNOW you want to keep the Radian where it is super glue it to the frame - this assures you won't get the foam tape wobble. Best, Tom
Thanks Gary. I have moved mine to the same configuration but on the left side of the roll cage. I can't mount it under the tray because tilt screws it up, and I can't mount it on the center of the roll cage because there's nowhere for it to fit. I understand that on an AV200 the top of the roll cage is ok, but I have an AV130. I'll report back after a test flight with the new position. Best, Tom
