Hdmi Converter placement

    I have the Freefly HDMi converter. and just looking for my options for attatching it to the 2 axis gimbal.

    Alternatively, use double sided tape to attach a piece of wooden tongue depressor between two boom clamps and then double sided tape to mount the HDMI converter to that. Top it off with a cable tie as a backup device....

    I was able to figure this out. though i didn't use the mount for it. i just zip tied it on to the frame. It hold and it works.

    I did it that way as well works fine, I have the mount also but didn't bother using it.

    I use the FF Mount. I originally had it zip tied in same location, but the unit does heat up and needs some air flow around it. See discussion about that on this thread beginning at post #45.

    Thanks for that Colin. I appreciate it. Just ordered the HDMI converter. Going to have to get the mount now.

    Yeah thats how i have mine mounted. but on the other side.
