    Hı Dave ,

No It goes up during the flight ! What can I check about C&D connections on FC and PDB ?

    Hı again,

I have sent e-mail to mikrokopter , and They give me answer that,

"In the logfile you see no I2C error during flight.
UNder "ErrorCode" you can see the errors that happen during flight. The I2C error is the number of errors you have had after calibration.
So if there is no error during flight all is OK."

Well I definetely don't agree with the statement that if you do not have any new errors during flight that all is ok because I had a small enough problem that could cause a component failure or failure in flight with all the vibration that goes on. If you have IC2 errors it is a problem that needs addressed (in my opinion).

Here's what I suggest to check. The areas in red are the IC2 section look for any small blob of solder or strand it can be extremely small. Use a good magnifying glass. IF you don't find anything out of the ordinary what I would suggest would be to remove the Power distribution board, take a tooth brush and soak it in isoprophl alcohol and lightly scrub the sections in red. You have to be very careful that you don't dislodge any of the very small components like the surface mount diodes or resistors.

For more specific things to check, look at all the C&D solder joints where I show red arrows. Make sure there's nothing bridging them together.

Here's the C&D section upclose from the top side of the board.

Here's the IC portion from the bottom of the PDB.

Nice artwork, Dave. I know how much trouble it is to put that kind of posting together, so thanks!

    :)

All switch and buttons are two-segment(on/off)

One is for comple system open/shutdown
    One is for monitor
    One is for receiver
    one is for Fatshark
    one is for cooling-fan
    one is for voltmeter
    one is for ammeter
One is for cutting şarj.... and etc. :)

If there is a fault or brake down, The lights flashing/stopping...

    Hı again,

I use isopropil alchol and clean, but It changed something but not fixed. Before , When I started motor, I2C errors going on during the flight but now, When I pull throttle stick to up - left, I think It was gyro, I2C error says 7 and start motors, It doesnt change during the flight but I tested it, If I pull throttle stick to up - left twice time, It says 14 -21 - 28 but not change start the motor ? I really didnt understand What is matter here ?

Can you send a GPX log file? It would help determine if the counter is going up after the copter takes off. I still have my problem as well but my counter doesn't go up after initial startup. Quadrocopter has been very helpful to me going back to Microkopter for support. From what I am being told the IC2 error is not an issue if the errors don't go up "in flight". I'm still in the testing process myself as the weather has been very bad. Post a GPX log file if you can.

    thanks

    Dave

Sounds good, make sure you have a GPX fix (blue blinking light on GPS board) before you start the copter.
