If you have a complex/difficult shot... show it!

Here's ours... Took 7 attempts to get it correct. This is the raw video from the 5DMKIII shooting RAW which is why the exposure jumps. They are fixing this in post.

That looked like a full size cinestar from the shadow. It must have been a tight fit through the hallway / doorways. Nice shot.

Sorry should have specified. This was back on our modified CS8 With the 500 mm booms and 15" props. It was from about a year ago or so.

Yes, Pre-MoVI. It stabilized out fine with Warp-Stabilizer though.

    Very nice Josh!

One of my hardest shot was this:

This was all taken at once and VFX on the post.

Jesus! This is incredible! How was it shot? Did you hand it off for those close up shots or are you flying the whole time? It looks scary close to the dancers. Beautifully done though!

    Thank you.
No hand, no catch. It's a full flight shot. It was very hard to made it.

My colleagues and I tried doing a motorsport shooting. We installed mud tires on our trucks and Jeep. It took us about 4 hours of off-road driving. It's hard to find the right angle and POV to shoot plus the set up is physically taxing for us.
