Updating Movi Pro Via App Dissconnect

    I've been trying to update to 1.3 and I've tried on both an Iphone and a Samsung tablet but both end up with the Oh No message. I've been digging through the forums but I have not found a solution other than trying multiple methods which I have done. Please advise. Thanks!

    Update: After trying again on the Samsung tablet, it worked.

    Thanks for the follow-up posting Salt. I recall seeing that there were some issues with iOS 11.x.x.

    Bryan from Freefly has said in the next v1.4 update, it will be fixed, and I saw somewhere (maybe Facebook groups?) that it could be 1-2 weeks out? Originally I thought I heard update 1.4 was coming before October, but I think it's been delayed.

    If you absolutely cannot wait until v1.4 is released, and cannot source another device, contact Freefly Support directly, and we'll help you out.

    I'd bricked my mimic controller trying to update it but managed to borrow someone's android phone and got it sorted. Thanks
