Anyone have any tips how to get smooth GPS flights.

My 8 flys for a bit then bucks back forth like its stuttering, its really bad actually.
If DJI can have smooth GPS assisted flight why can't FreeFly?

Turn the position stiffness down, or use the sticks more smoothly.

I'll try that. I hope it works.
Really just need smooth flight in GPS position hold for keeping a straight line or staying on course in windy conditions.

    Hey Alex

Are you saying bring the Horizontal Stiffness or Hold Strength down?

I think the horizontal stiffness is what you want to decrease. From my understanding the horizontal stiffness is how stiffly the machine will follow stick movements. If the Alta is bucking while you are in a constant move it indicates that it is trying too hard to maintain your directional input and compensating for environmental variables. If it is bucking when you finish a move and take you finger off the stick it may be that you want to reduce the hold value, or be more gentle when bringing the stick back to a neutral position.
