    Hi,

    not a big deal but i cannot close the MoVI software (Mac App) on my macbook air with yosemite (newest version).
    it freezes and i have to kill the app with the shortcut cmd-alt-esc

    not only once in a time - always.

    any other user here with the same problem on a mac?

    Rolf

    Rolf did you try uninstalling and do a re-install? Are the application version and firmware version on you Movi in synch? Are you using the Bluetooth or the WiFi connector add on?

    Before you do the re-install, you might want to:

    1. Run Utilities -> Console.
    2. Look in User Diagnostic Reports to see if you can see the MōVI app crash logs. If you don't see anything obviously related to the MōVI, it might be worth looking in the System Diagnostic Reports looking for the MōVI app.
    3. If you can find one, click on it to select it.
    4. Click right on it and try and mail it to support@freeflysystems.com.
    5. If step 4. doesn't work, click the mouse in the window on the right and type Cmd-A to select it all, copy it to the clipboard, and then open up your mail client, compose a new mail message, and click in the text body, then paste. Edit the subject line and the first few lines of the text body to explain which model of Mac, the version of OS X that you're using, etc. Then mail that to support@freeflysystem.com.

    This will preserve the information of what is causing it to crash.

    Hope this helps.
    Andy.
