I've searched through the forums and haven't found anyone talking about this....which surprised me. Anyway I'm in Anton Bauer land, and the Movi controller has a non-removable V-lock plate. Has anyone used a good AB to Vlock adapter that won't shit the bed on me in the middle of a job? I'd love to not have to buy a set of V-locks and have to haul another charger around with me.
Rob If memory serves me correctly if you crack open the case that V-lock is removable and could be swapped out fairly easily for an Anton Bauer. I have a cheap adapter I got of eBay that has held up fine, there isn't much to the adapters so it would have to be really shitty for one to give out.
Ah thanks for that. I assumed it was removable until Freefly told me it was not possible. Once I have a controller in my hands I'll give it a look and see if I can swap it out.
