My m10 bought at the 48 hours sale. I have bought the M10. When I use it for 5mins, the motor)stops it by itself . What should I do with it? If there is any soloution for fixing it? Thank you so much for your help. P.s. The electricity and balance are doing well.
Hi Lee, the first thing you should do is contact Freefly Support via email: Support@FreeflySystems.com There's not enough information here for me to diagnose, and it's not a common problem. You could check for loose connections to your motors, which requires removing some screws. Are all the motors going dead, or just one of them? What do the lights on the back of the Movi do when it stops working? Do you have the App connected to it? You might be able to get some status information there. Since it's a brand new Movi, I'd check with Freefly Support first so you don't violate any warranties. If you get it fixed, please let us know what the resolution was. Good luck!
The lights on the back of the movi have 3 light that is not flashing.The APP is connected The app have 1 warning and no other information at this moment.I think the motor no dead because I can open the M10 again . It can open 5 min that the motor is off. thank you so much

I have seen that with my M10 when you are overloaded. Too much weight or improper balance. Works for a few minutes then motors overheat and shutdown. Let it sit for a few min, reboot and its fine again.. Check your balance and make sure you are not overloaded.
