Hey guys on our 3rd shoot with out movi pro now been going well except today we had some issues. The major issue was that during flight in airborne mode the gimbal would loose power, once landed the screen on the movi was still on but frozen and motors are off, camera, bolt 2000 are still on the only way to reset it was to take Both batteries off and remove all power then restart movi. Fairly heavy setup Arri mini with optimo 28-76 with wc4 with zoom and focus Iris zoom motors. Weather was also hot gimbal temp around 45 degrees Celsius. Any suggestions
Did you try turning off Set Down Sleep? I was confused by something similar where I would grab the gimbal and it would pause itself. The Pro comes with setdown sleep ON as a default.
Double checked and the Set Down Sleep is not active. Today did not have any issues it may be related to higher temperatures as it was much cooler today. will continue monitoring it and update with any progress. But its not just Set down sleep in any case its a full frozen screen, cannot login via app or move through the menu in the screen. Thank for the help if anyone else has experienced this

Did you find a solution for this? I’m having the exact same problem. Motor turns off and UI freezes. D-tap power remains on. Seems to happen randomly. Can’t force it to happen with bad balance or excessive movement. It just randomly happens. Typical that it’s usually when we go for a take.
