I'm trying to update my mimic firmware. When I open up the app in iOS, there is a little red (1) on the monitor tab showing that there is an update available . It quickly disappears, and won't come back when I click over to updates. It's stuck on the v1.1beta2.

Tried reverting back to 1.0.2, but would only jump back to the v1.1

Any advice? Can't operate my bush pilot without the latest update!!

It's been a while since I did the update, so maybe I'm misremembering, but didn't you have to first update the Movi Pro Beta app via the TestFlight app? I could be wrong.

This is what it says on the 1.2 release page:

    How to update?
» Connect to your MōVI Pro or MIMIC via iOS or Android App.
» In the App, go to Monitor>Updates, tap update and follow instructions.
» You can always revert to last stable release from the same screen.

Can't find anything about TestFlight app. Also, seems strange that the Bush Pilot would be un-usable unless you signed up to be a beta tester.

Figured out how to get to Beta Access, but every time I try it says "something went wrong, please contact the application owner."

You'll have to contact Freefly support about that issue. Email Support@FreeflySystems.com Apparently it happens a lot and they can add you to the Test Flight Program pretty quickly.

As you've probably figured out, the normal Movi Pro app only offers stable firmware releases (up to version 1.1 right now). Version 1.2 is Beta, and you need a Beta version of the app, only available through Apple's Test Flight software.

Bush Pilot is only working on the Beta software right now, but I've been on version 1.2 for over a month and it's working well.

I've installed TestFlight, and filled out the form on the freefly website for 1.2 beta - how long does it usually take to get access? I need to update the system in order to do some testing with Walter Klassen.

I think it's usually same day, but it's only 08:30 Pacific Time at FF, so folks will only just be arriving at work.

Good point, I always forget about that when dealing with the West Coast.
