Feeling a little dumb here. I have the Movi Pro Red RCP cable and I can't get it to trigger the Red. When I plug into Serial, nothing happens. When I plug into Sync, the camera locks up and/or won't boot. I have turned on RCP in the Red menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Posting on the forum (or emailing support@freeflysystems.com) is known to fix many problems... not quite sure why.
