I am planning on using an Arduino Esplora to control a MoVI Pro via the API, as seen in this video:

    .

Are there resources about the cable that connects the Esplora to the MoVI Pro GCU? I currently have a MōVI Pro COM to MōVI Controller Receiver Cable.

    Hi Ben,

You can find information about the API here:

    http://freeflysystems.com/support/movi-pro-support

You can click on the API Documentation link on that support page, or click below:

    https://docs.google.com/document/d/...5H_kI13hzm_rTR8i0/edit#heading=h.855aj17okdm1

Under the section 'Connectors and Signaling' on page 2 you'll find information about the connection to the MoVI. You only need GND, +5V, UARTn_TX and UARTn_RX hooked up. It's proposed in that section that you can use the cable you're speaking of to connect your Esplora board. "Freefly sells a cable (MōVI Pro COM to MōVI Controller Receiver Cable) that can be used to make custom cables more easily, as the 6 pin GH cable can be difficult to terminate by hand."

    Best,

    Matt
