Hello, My MoVI was bricked with the new firmware update. I´ve tried installing the new firmware and when the bar was almost ready the mac app crashed and I needed to restart. Now it´s bricked and does not initialize. I can connect with bluetooth but cannot update the firmware again. The mac app says "device is connected but not responding. Do not continue if the device bootstrap jumper is not in place. Do you wish to continue?" As the firmware does not install and I have no idea where this bootstrap jumper is I really need help here! As I´ve seen my bricked MoVI needs a jumper cable to get updated. I really don´t have time for a cable to be shipped from the states and also support will not be online till monday. Anyone have a wiring diagram, pics, etc.? Any information about that cable? Help really appreciated. Thanks, Robert
Robert: I've contacted FF on your behalf, but first, could you open up a ticket with them by sending email to support@freeflysystems.com so that there's an email channel of communication with them. With luck they will respond today -- they've been very good about the level of support. Andy.
