While on-location in Costa Rica our MOVI was inadvertently sprayed with a little seawater. We cleaned it up and it seemed OK but the next day failed to boot, showing 0.0v for the battery and and total boot failure. Our Alta pilot, who has experience in aircraft mechanics, disassembled the controller box but failed to note where all the cables go (grrrr). We're trying to get it back together but it's not as obvious as he expected. Currently we're seeing the proper voltage on boot-up but having trouble figuring out which motor lead plugs in where. Anyone have any clue. Waiting on a reply from support and hoping to get back up in the air this afternoon.
Not sure if this helps, because it doesn't directly answer your question, but here's a link that might shed a little light? https://freeflysystems.zendesk.com/...on-my-MōVI-is-limp-but-the-other-motors-work-
Took us a few hours, but we figured it out. Never heard back from FF in that time... We cleaned up the electronics and connectors with alcohol, reassembled and got back to work. Took a bunch of trial and error to get everything plugged into the right places. Obviously, pilot should have labeled everything before disassembly.
