Movi receiver with PPM or PWM output to run other gimbals?

    We'd like to use the movi controller to run a custom gimbal and camera controls. Our gimbal can accept PWM or PPM input. Can the movi receiver output PPM or PWM signals? Or can a different receiver be connected to the movi controller that will let us have PWM or PPM output?

    That's a good question Jonathan.
    I don't think any forum members have actually tried to do that and posted the results...

    Not sure about the physical connection either - doesn't the movi controller receiver output primarily through the 5 pin cable? I know Quadrocopter made a little PCB at one point that plugged into the 3 pin spectrum satellite port and they got the camera start and stop signal out of that - maybe all the channels come through there as well - never tried that. Good idea.

    has anyone had any success with this? I am looking to integrate the Movi Controller to our Ronin 2.
