I have a question: I have a client that wants to know if its possible to take the orthophoto or the project data file and be able to do convert to wire frame drawings or traditional engineering drawings. They said that the people that do their aerial work now (using airplanes) can take their lower resolution pictures and convert to traditional engineering drawings.

It's certainly possible to do that, although you might not like the price of some of the software, Dave.
    See e.g. https://pix4d.com/

I just did a Google search for:
    aerial mapping convert orthophoto wireframe
just to see what came up....looks like there are quite a few hits.

    Andy.
