I am looking to mount a BMCC on the M15 with an external battery, Redrock Micro wireless focus remote with the powerpack system from Redrock. Any ideas or pictures how you have your rig set up? Thanks!
A quick and dirty pic of a quick and dirty solution…. had an old camera plate of a Freefly Cinestar gimbal on the top handle and velcroed/strapped the battery on ….. on my old M-10 Best, Wolf
Just curious, are you using the same battery to power your BM and other accessories? I've heard of SDI burnout or failure when you do that? What are you using for audio since the onboard audio is bad?
Hi, yes i also powered the Heden Carat FF with this battery. That is no problem since it has 75 Wh / 5 A and the BMPCC draws about 24 watts / 2 A. I´m not recording audio on the cam, because there always an audio unit on my sets (mainly feature films). Best Wolf
